Solstad Maritime ASA was established as part of the refinancing and restructuring of Solstad Offshore ASA, consolidating a modern fleet of high-end offshore vessels. The company's fleet comprises 22 construction support vessels (CSVs) and 10 anchor handling tug supply vessels (AHTS), supported by approximately 1,700 employees worldwide. In addition to vessel chartering, Solstad Maritime provides remotely operated vehicle (ROV) services, survey operations, and other specialized subsea services.
