Douglas Dynamics, Inc. operates through two primary business segments: Work Truck Attachments and Work Truck Solutions. The Work Truck Attachments segment manufactures and sells commercial snow and ice management attachments, such as snowplows and spreaders, under well-known brands including WESTERN, FISHER, SNOWEX, and BLIZZARD. The Work Truck Solutions segment focuses on municipal snow and ice control products and the up-fit of market attachments and storage solutions under the HENDERSON and DEJANA brands. The company's products consist of truck and vehicle upfits where it attaches component pieces of equipment, truck bodies, and racking, which are typically used by end-users for work-related purposes. Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Douglas Dynamics distributes its products primarily through a network of truck equipment distributors across the United States and Canada, serving snow removal contractors, municipalities, and commercial fleet owners.
