The Performance Minerals division supplies additives for paints, coatings, plastics, and polymers, as well as specialty graphite for mobile energy and filtration agents for liquid foodstuffs. The High Temperature Materials and Solutions segment focuses on refractory minerals, alumina and zirconia for abrasives, and high-performance binders for dry mix mortars. With operations in over 40 countries, Imerys leverages its extensive portfolio of industrial minerals—such as kaolin, talc, calcium carbonate, and graphite—to serve diverse end markets. Recently, the company has also been expanding into energy transition materials, notably through its EMILI lithium mining project in France.
