Mining Americas Inc., formerly known as Minera Alamos Inc., is a gold production and development company focused on building a portfolio of low-capital-intensity mining operations across North America. The company's flagship operating asset is the Pan Operating Complex in White Pine County, Nevada, which it acquired from Equinox Gold in late 2025. This complex includes the producing Pan heap-leach gold mine and the adjacent permitted Gold Rock development project. In addition to its Nevada operations, Mining Americas owns the Copperstone project in La Paz County, Arizona, a fully permitted, advanced-stage underground gold project that the company acquired through its takeover of Sabre Gold Mines Corp. in early 2025. Historically focused on Mexico, the company retains a portfolio of high-quality Mexican assets that provide secondary optionality. These include the Santana open-pit, heap-leach gold mine in Sonora, which achieved initial production in 2021, as well as the Cerro de Oro oxide gold project in Zacatecas and the La Fortuna open-pit gold project in Durango. Following its transformational acquisitions in the United States, the company rebranded to Mining Americas Inc. in June 2026 to reflect its strategic pivot toward becoming a U.S.-focused intermediate gold producer. The company generates its revenue entirely from the sale of gold, with the majority of its recent production and cash flow originating from the Pan mine in Nevada.
