Kyivstar Group Ltd. is a telecommunications and digital holding company that operates primarily through its subsidiary, JSC Kyivstar, Ukraine's largest mobile network operator. The company provides a comprehensive suite of connectivity and digital services to individual consumers, households, and enterprise clients exclusively within the Ukrainian market.
The company's core telecommunications segment generates the vast majority of its revenue (approximately 89%) and includes mobile voice, messaging, and high-speed data services across 4G LTE networks, as well as fixed-line broadband internet for residential and corporate users. As of late 2025, Kyivstar served over 22 million mobile subscribers and more than 1.1 million fixed-line internet customers, giving it a dominant competitive position and a mobile market share of nearly 47% in Ukraine.
Beyond traditional connectivity, Kyivstar has strategically expanded into a multi-service digital operator, with its digital segment accounting for nearly 11% of total revenue. This ecosystem includes proprietary digital platforms and strategic acquisitions such as the ride-hailing service Uklon, digital healthcare platforms Helsi and Tabletki.ua, and the entertainment streaming service Kyivstar TV. For enterprise clients, the company offers advanced B2B IT solutions, including big data analytics, cloud computing, industrial IoT, and cybersecurity services.
Headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Kyivstar Group Ltd. was formed to facilitate a SPAC merger with Cohen Circle Acquisition Corp. I, becoming the first Ukrainian company to list on a U.S. stock exchange when it debuted on the Nasdaq in August 2025. Despite operating in a wartime environment, the company has maintained strong financial performance, supported by significant investments in network resilience, backup power solutions, and the integration of satellite-powered connectivity such as Starlink direct-to-cell services.
