The company generates the vast majority of its revenue from the sale of residential properties. In 2024, the company delivered over 4,200 units, with cash transactions accounting for approximately 51% of sales and mortgage-financed purchases making up the remaining 49%. By controlling the process from land purchase to final handover, Dom Development captures margins across the development lifecycle while mitigating construction risks through its in-house general contracting capabilities.
