The gaming division, operating primarily under the Betclic and Tipico brands, offers online sports betting, casino games, and poker, with a strong presence in regulated European markets such as France, Portugal, Poland, and Germany. Originally formed through the combination of Banijay and Betclic Everest Group via a SPAC merger in 2022, the company rebranded from FL Entertainment N.V. to Banijay Group N.V. in 2024.
