2. Basics & Intermediates: Contributes roughly 28% of group revenue. It covers the production of basic chemicals and chemical precursors, including calcium carbide, calcium cyanamide, dicyandiamide, and guanidine salts. These serve as inputs for the Specialty Chemicals segment and are sold externally for applications such as hot metal desulfurization in metallurgy, agricultural fertilizers (Perlka), and chemical syntheses.
3. Other & Holding: Accounts for the remaining revenue (around 5%) and includes site infrastructure and logistics services provided at the Trostberg and Hart chemical parks, as well as corporate holding activities.
