ACG Metals Ltd. is a mining company focused on the extraction of precious and base metals, with its primary operations located in Western Turkey. The company was originally incorporated in 2021 as ACG Acquisition Company Limited, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) listed on the London Stock Exchange. In September 2024, the company completed its qualifying acquisition by purchasing the Gediktepe Mine from Lidya Madencilik, subsequently renaming itself ACG Metals Ltd.
Currently, the company's revenue is entirely derived from the Gediktepe open-pit mine, which operates as a single mining segment. The mine processes oxide ore to produce gold and silver doré. Based on recent production and sales data, gold accounts for the vast majority of the company's revenue (over 80%), with silver making up the remainder. In 2025, the company generated over $135 million in revenue from these precious metals.
Despite its current reliance on gold and silver, ACG Metals is pivoting toward base metals. The company is executing a fully funded sulphide expansion project at the Gediktepe site, which involves transitioning from oxide ore processing to the extraction of primary copper and zinc. Commercial production of copper and zinc concentrate is scheduled to commence in mid-2026. Additionally, the company is advancing an enriched ore treatment project to process existing stockpiles. ACG Metals aims to use its platform to consolidate other copper assets globally through further roll-up acquisitions.
